TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. The organizer of the competition

2. When can one participate

The campaign time is 19.1.2017 – 28.2.2017. The competition ends on 28.02.2017 at 8pm Finland time (UTC +2). The winners are chosen by 15.03.2017.

3. Who can participate

Anyone over 18 years of age, excluding the organizers of the campaign and the people involved in the planning and production of the campaign can participate to this.

4. How to participate

Participation occurs by filing in the contact information form and answering the proposed questions.

5. Selection of the winners

Two persons amongst all participants will be chosen as the winners by the Jury. The persons will be chosen by the following criteria: 1) How well does the person match to the event 2) The person’s social media presence.

6. Prizes

The prize of the competition includes flights (round-trip) to and accommodation and admission to Nightless Night Photography Workshop held in Saariselkä, Finland, June 30-July 2, 2017. Two such packages will be handed out. The value of the prize (trip package for one person) amounts to approximately 1500 euros and cannot be exchanged or transferred for money, nor can the prize be transferred to another person. The prize will be delivered via email. The flight schedule will be agreed among the organizer and the winners. If said date is unsuitable for the winner(s), a new winner may be chosen. The final choosing of the travel-dates will occur in March 2017.

7. Contacting the winners and sharing information about them

The winners will be contacted personally via e-mail. If the winners cannot be reached within two weeks, the organizer reserves the right to draw new winners.

The names of the winners are published on the Nightless Night Photography Workshop web-pages https://nightlessnight.com and Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/inarinightlessnight, and potentially on other social media channels.

Furthermore, the winners agree that pictures posted to social media by them during the prize trip can be published on Nightless Night Photography Workshop social media channels and website, as well as on partner web sites and social media channels (Facebook, Twitter & Instagram).

8. Contact information

You are providing your information to the organizer (Inari Municipal Business & Development Nordica).

You will not receive marketing messages from Inari Municipal Business & Development Nordica or its co-operators after the campaign.

However, by participating to the competition you agree to receive informative e-mails during the campaign. The main purpose of these e-mails is to inform you about the Photography Workshop.

9. Responsibility of the organizer

The responsibility of the organizer is limited to the monetary value of the prize (specified above). The winners carry the full responsibility of all other expenses related to the prize and its use. The organizer is not liable for any damage, loss, or harm that has occurred, or has been claimed to occur, due to the campaign, or during the prize trip or activities. The organizer is not responsible for the inability to participate due to technical problems or inadequate information.

The organizer of the competition reserves the right to change these rules during the competition.

10. Other notifications

The promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook.
